Life certificate

Some pension funds or other benefits agencies require a life certificate. When this is the case, the municipality can issue a life certificate. This is proof that you are still alive. If you submit your request through DigiD, we will send the certificate within three working days. When you have made an appointment at the municipal desk, you receive it immediately.
